The invitation
An invitation to remember your own medicine
Perhaps you have been holding too much for too long.
You may still be functioning, caring for others and meeting your responsibilities while feeling tired, numb, unmotivated or increasingly far from yourself. Your body may remain tense even when you try to rest, and something within you may know that the pace at which you have been living is no longer sustainable.
Support can be essential, but meaningful accompaniment does not replace your own knowing. It helps you hear it again.
I do not believe you are broken, and my role is not to repair you. I create a compassionate space where you can slow down, listen to your body and meet what has been protected—so that your own wisdom, vitality and direction can become more accessible.
Your medicine is not something I give you. It is something we create the conditions for you to remember.
“I lend you my compass for a moment,
so you can remember that yours has always lived within you.

The soul of the School
A sanctuary for embodied remembrance
Earth Medicine School is a sanctuary for embodied remembrance and reclamation. It creates Earth-anchored spaces where we can release the density of modern life, remember the medicine already living within us, rekindle our inner flame and reclaim our power, voice and belonging.
Here, I weave embodied awareness, somatic shadow work, nervous-system support, Reiki, breath, sound, movement, shamanic journeying, ritual and relationship with the Earth. These are not cures I apply to you. They are ways of accompanying you back into relationship with your body, your inner knowing and the wider web of life.
Your body is not an obstacle to transcend.
It is living territory, a place of wisdom, protection and belonging.
I believe our separation from bodily wisdom, intuition and the living Earth is reflected in the way we live, work and relate. We have learned to ignore limits, override natural rhythms and treat exhaustion as normal. The same patterns of urgency, control and extraction that deplete human bodies also shape our relationship with the Earth.
Returning to the body and returning to the Earth are part of the same movement: learning to listen again, respect limits and cycles, and choose relationship, reciprocity and care.
The work also restores relationship with the feminine principle: the capacity to listen, receive, feel, gestate, create and honour life’s cycles. This wisdom is not exclusive to women. It lives within people of all genders and includes tenderness and pleasure, but also boundaries, discernment, destruction and renewal.
The medicine is not outside you.
It is remembered through relationship.
The Tree of Life is the living architecture of the work.
Like the nervous system, the Tree receives, connects and responds. It reminds us that sovereignty does not mean separation. We become more fully ourselves as we remember our place within the web of life.
The signature methodology
Return to Self
Return to Self is the path beneath every individual and collective experience in the School. It is not a rigid sequence. Like the Tree of Life, we return to our roots many times as we grow.

We do not build capacity only to hold more pain.
We build capacity to receive more life.
We do not move through these stages only once. The golden thread carries us through them in spirals, returning us to familiar places with greater awareness, capacity and choice.
Experiences of return
How would you like to begin?
Some seasons ask for an intimate individual container. Others call us into circle, shared witnessing and collective remembrance.
Individual Journey
A personalised pathway for women and men who want to understand protective patterns, reconnect with embodied wisdom and integrate change within a sustained one-to-one relationship.
- Three, six or nine-month pathways
- Nine 90-minute sessions in each three-month movement
- Online, in Essen or a combination of both
- Complimentary introductory conversation
Not ready for a three-month pathway?
A 60-minute Reiki and embodied shamanic session offers a gentle first experience of slowing down, grounding and listening to the body.
Collective Experiences
Workshops, circles and future immersions where personal remembrance is supported through shared witnessing, ritual and the resonance created when people gather with intention.

Remember through Water.
Reclaim through Fire.
Embody through Earth.
These are not fixed stages or a second methodology. They are living qualities that nourish the School’s circles, ceremonies and collective experiences.
Remember
Water invites us to soften and listen: to the emotional body, maternal and ancestral waters, intuition and what has been carried through relationship and belonging.
Reclaim
Fire reconnects us with voice, visibility, boundaries, creativity and life force. It transforms what has completed its cycle and makes space for a more sovereign expression of self.
Embody
Earth returns us to the body, nervous system, limits, rhythm and physical reality. It asks us to integrate what we have discovered into the way we live, relate and participate.

Held by the Earth
We do not return alone.

The Womb
of the Mother
A journey through maternal lineage, body memory and conscious inheritance
An embodied and shamanic journey into the holding darkness of Mother Earth: a place where what has completed its cycle can be composted, separated parts can be gathered and the life within us can prepare to take a new form.

About Marielly
The landscape of my work changed.
The thread remained.
I am a Tantra and Shamanic Practitioner, Somatic and Embodied Leadership Coach.
For more than two decades, I accompanied transformation in communities, organisations and territories around the world—often with particular attention to women’s lives and participation.
After severe burnout, I began a journey back into my own body. Through that descent, I reconnected with feminine wisdom and began to hear the call of the Divine Mother in her different expressions.
Today I continue the work that has guided me throughout my life, within another landscape: the body, the emotional world, relationship and the inner terrain of remembrance.
I am a weaver between the body, the soul and the Earth.Meet Marielly →
The living manifesto
The medicine
cannot be erased.
Earth Medicine School begins with a refusal: to accept that disconnection, exhaustion and the silencing of our own knowing must be the price of belonging.
It begins with a remembrance: we are living beings, part of a living Earth. Our bodies, voices, emotions and capacity for relationship matter.
What becomes possible when we no longer have to abandon ourselves to remain safe, loved or accepted?
We gather what was scattered.Read the Manifesto →
We make room for what was silenced.
We tend the flame of a life that can be lived more fully.
